Nine Gs retail product prices, as well as sale or discounted product prices when available, are shown in the Web Site catalogue for each listed item. Sales Taxes are collected only for shipments delivered within the Washington State.In all other States, customers may be responsible for paying sales tax to State, County, or Municipal authorities. Total sales tax charged on orders, if applicable, will be displayed for review prior to check-out.
Availability
Nine Gs is currently implementing an “On Demand” production system with the main objective of limiting inventories to a minimum. Some products will be displayed through the Web Site, but may not be available. Product availability for each item will be shown in the corresponding catalogue page. No orders should be submitted unless the product is labeled as available. If the product is shown as available, but estimated delivery time could be more than two (2) weeks, the approximate delivery time will be posted. If this is not convenient, the order should not be submitted.
Payment
Nine Gs products can be paid by using PayPal or Credit Card according to the options shown by the shopping cart during the purchase process.
Delivery Time
Nine Gs products will usually be delivered in about two (2) weeks. This delivery time is approximate and cannot be guaranteed because it depends on factors beyond the control of Nine Gs.
Shipping
Nine Gs products are shipped to the shipping address entered by you, the customer, using the most reliable and efficient carrier suitable to your location. Standard shipping charges are shown in the Web Site catalogue for each listed item. Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. Nine Gs does not accept any responsibility for delivery after the product has left the distribution location and has been transferred to the carrier. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the buyer who is responsible for tracking product delivery and making claims against the carrier within the time prescribed by the carrier, if required. Nine Gs does not ship to P.O. boxes. Nine Gs does not ship to International locations for the moment.

Shipping costs within the US are standardized and depend on the item and the number of items ordered. The total shipping cost is calculated after the buyer adds the products to the shopping cart and enters the destination ZIP code, prior to check out.
Retention of Ownership
Nine Gs LLC reserves the right of ownership to all products supplied until payment has been collected in full. Only at that time, product ownership is transferred to the buyer. If payment cannot be fully collected, Nine Gs will cancel the sale and demand the devolution of the products in question. Shipping expenses and risks are under the responsibility of the buyer.
